I really can't see Custom's Posts suddenly straddling the M74 motorway and the A1 on the East Coast. Should the Income Tax rates be lower, in Scotland, I could see a few people moving, if they could do so within their company. If Corporation Tax is lower, in Scotland, than in England, all that will mean is that more companies will register in Edinburgh, as opposed to London, Cardiff or Belfast.
