Outrage over Royal Mail plan to offer cheaper stamps to five million claiming benefits | Mail Online

i think that this is a pretty good idea!! Benefit claimants receive a very small amount of money to live on. A single person getting about £60 per week. But they are expected to look for work or suffer having their benefit reduced or taken away all together.
Slave labour schemes have been set up and private firms have been set up to force people to attend on a regular basis, at their expense. These firms enquire about who the claimant has approached for a job. The claimant has to post requests and CV to possible employers and at 46pence a letter that can add up.
A job seeker used to go to the labour exchange and jobs were listed there. The staff vetted the claimant and arranged an interview, for free. Now the whole thing has been privatised to save the Government wages.
So any saving in the job seeking process is a good one.
